Black Friday Price Protection

  • Eligibility:
    The Black Friday Price Protection offer applies only to Stacyc 12/16/16elite and Orion e12x/e16x/e20x purchases made at Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on select items from H&S Motorsports between September 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024. To qualify, a completed Price Protection form must be submitted by 11:59 PM PST on November 30, 2024.

  • Protection Coverage:
    If the price of an eligible item purchased at MSRP drops on H&S Motorsports' website during the eligible period, the purchaser is entitled to receive a credit equal to the difference between the original purchase price and the reduced price. The price difference will be issued as a digital H&S Motorsports gift card.

  • Exclusions:
    The following are excluded from price protection coverage:

    • Items that are out of stock, marked as final sale, or part of end-of-life inventory.
    • Any price reductions resulting from third-party sales or promotions outside of H&S Motorsports’ website.
    • Purchases that utilize promotional codes, discounts, or are part of bundled offers.

  • Submission of Claims:
    To claim the price protection benefit, customers must submit a valid Price Protection form on H&S Motorsports' website before 11:59 PM PST on November 30, 2024. Forms submitted after this deadline or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Submission Form HERE

  • Gift Card Issuance:
    Approved price protection claims will result in the issuance of a digital H&S Motorsports gift card. The gift card value will equal the price difference and may only be redeemed on H&S Motorsports' website. No cash refunds or exchanges are available for price protection claims.

  • Limitations:
    Price protection applies only to items purchased for personal use and not for resale. Price protection cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotional codes.

  • Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes regarding the eligibility or issuance of price protection benefits are subject to H&S Motorsports' sole discretion and determination. H&S Motorsports reserves the right to modify or terminate the Price Protection offer at any time, without prior notice.
