Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

This Lifetime Warranty applies to select parts sold by H&S Motorsports, LLC. ("the Company") for electric bikes and is extended to the original purchaser only. This warranty covers only manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following terms and conditions detail the coverage and limitations of the Lifetime Warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • This Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts which are shown to be defective in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace a defective part shall be made by the Company at its sole discretion.
  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, at the discretion of the Company.

2. Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover damage related to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic issues or diminished performance from regular use.
  • This warranty does not apply to any damage or defects resulting from negligence; accident; improper use; modifications; alterations; tampering; unauthorized repairs; installation, handling, storage, and use not in accordance with product instructions; failure to perform required preventive maintenance; and external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

3. Limitation of Damages:

  • The Company's responsibility under this Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as stated above. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the part. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data. This limitation applies whether damages are sought, or a claim is made under this warranty or as a tort claim (including negligence and strict product liability), a contract claim, or any other claim. This limitation cannot be waived or amended by any person.

4. Claim Process:

  • To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact the H&S Motorsports, LLC.'s customer service department, warranty@hsmotorsports.net, to obtain a Warranty Service Authorization (WSA). No warranty service will be provided without a WSA.
  • The purchaser must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
  • The defective part must be returned to the Company for inspection at the purchaser’s expense. The Company will cover shipping costs if the warranty claim is validated.

5. Expiration:

  • This warranty expires when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the part to another individual or entity.

6. Miscellaneous:

  • This Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • No agent, employee, or representative of the Company has the authority to bind the Company to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning the parts sold under this warranty, beyond the terms described in this warranty.

7. Amendment:

  • The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Lifetime Warranty at any time and without notice.

By purchasing and using parts sold by H&S Motorsports, LLC., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions. This warranty is effective for purchases made on or after 5/1/2024.
