H&S Suspension Fork for STACYC 12eDRIVE

Give your STACYC 12eDRIVE front suspension without moving your Little Ripper to a bigger bike. Our H&S 12-inch suspension fork replaces the original rigid fork with a spring-suspension setup that helps smooth out bumps, ruts, and uneven ground.

We worked with the factory on spring selection and breakaway force—the initial force needed to get the fork moving—so the setup would be better suited to smaller, lighter riders. The 12-inch fork uses springs in both legs rather than the oil-and-spring arrangement found on some larger forks.

Fitment

Designed for the standard STACYC 12eDRIVE. The corresponding KTM-, GASGAS-, and Husqvarna-branded 12-inch versions can also use this fork with the required 10mm fork-tube spacer described below. This is not a universal 12-inch bicycle fork and is not intended for the STACYC 16eDRIVE, 16eDRIVE Elite, 18eDRIVE, or 20eDRIVE.

Important Fork-Tube Spacer Information

KTM, GASGAS, and Husqvarna 12-inch models require a 10mm fork-tube spacer when installing our H&S suspension fork. Their original fork/steerer setup is 10mm shorter than the standard STACYC 12eDRIVE. Our suspension fork uses the standard STACYC steerer-tube length, so the spacer takes up the additional 10mm at the stem/headset stack.

H&S 10mm Fork-Tube Spacer — available separately

For a standard STACYC 12eDRIVE with its original stem, no additional spacer is needed beyond the normal headset/stem setup. If your bike has an aftermarket stem, OEM riser-bar kit, or modified front-axle hardware, confirm the setup before ordering because spacer requirements may differ.

• Headset bearing race, already installed
• Threaded star nut, already installed
• Two jam nuts

Installation

Remove the front wheel, stem, and original fork, then install the suspension fork using the existing STACYC headset bearings and the correct stem and spacer setup. The bearing race and star nut are already fitted, so there is no need to transfer those parts from the original fork. Your existing throttle and controls do not need to be changed for the fork upgrade.

Before riding, confirm the headset is adjusted correctly, the stem has proper engagement, the front axle and wheel are secured, and the brake and cables have adequate clearance through the full steering range.

Notes

• Front disc-brake components are not included; the fork provides the mounting points for a compatible setup.
• Stem, spacer, axle, and wheel configurations can vary. Check the parts on your bike before ordering rather than assuming every setup uses the same hardware.
