Long enough to cut two chains out of it for the 16” staycyc. So I used one chain for my oldest sons 16” and the other half for my youngest 12”

Say goodbye to constant maintenance and hello to smoother, longer-lasting performance. Our complete axle and bearing upgrade kit is designed to replace the stock open-cage bearings and standard axle setup on your Stacyc 12EDRIVE or 16EDRIVE. The kit includes everything needed to convert to sealed bearings and upgrade to our custom internally threaded axle system—providing strength, precision, and easy servicing.
Key Features:
- Sealed Bearing Cups (Front & Rear): Replace the factory open-cage bearings for increased durability and less maintenance.
- Internally Threaded Aluminum Axle: Anodized blue, lightweight, and strong—provides a cleaner install with no axle nuts.
- Bearing Retention Lip: Keeps bearings properly seated during hard riding.
- Optional Ceramic Bearings: For riders who want maximum performance with ultra-low friction.
- Complete Kit: Includes front and rear bearing cups, axle system, and your choice of steel or ceramic bearings.
- Designed & Engineered in the USA: Built with rider feedback and real-world performance in mind.
Built for riders who demand more from their Stacyc—this upgrade keeps you rolling smoother, longer, and stronger.
Important Notes:
- Front axle not currently compatible with H&S 16" Suspension fork.
- Installation instructions currently pending.
- Rear Axle has 2 different lengths per side. Longer side goes towards chain side for stock chain adjuster. This allows the axle to extended out of the dropouts into the chain adjuster. For aftermarket chain adjusters this axle can be flipped so the axle sits behind the dropouts.
- Rear Axle has 2 different spacers. The wider spacer with a notch is for the brake side. The notch aligns with our disc brake bracket for our conversion kit. For stock drum brakes this spacer goes behind the brake drum outer cover.
