Macfox has used both 4-pin and 5-pin dual-battery bases on X1S-family bikes. They do not interchange.
This listing is specifically for the 5-pin version. Before ordering, look at the connector on your current under-seat battery base and count the pins.
5-pin base → this is the correct version
4-pin base → do not order this 5-pin base
IMPORTANT IDENTIFICATION NOTE
A 4-pin dual-battery base does not automatically mean the bike uses the older 7-pin integrated display/throttle electrical system. Identify the battery-base connection and the display/control generation separately.
LOCATION
This is the under-seat second battery mount / battery tray. It is not the controller and primary battery-mount assembly located on the front portion of the frame.
