H&S Hydraulic Front Disc Brake Kit

Important information about the fit:

Suspension fork required: Designed for use with H&S Motorsports suspension forks.
Compatibility: May also be compatible with other 16” bikes with brake caliper mounts, but adjustments or additional mounting hardware may be required.
Individual installation: When used with non-H&S suspension forks, modifications may be necessary - compatibility is not guaranteed.

Assembly instructions:

Spacer washer: A washer is inserted between the bearing lock nut and fork on the caliper side to ensure the correct distance.
Brake caliper adjustment: The two supplied black spacers are used for optimal adjustment of the brake caliper screws.
Lever & Throttle Grip: Due to the compact design for small hands, the brake lever may touch the throttle body at maximum adjustment. The lever may need to be adjusted slightly further outward.
19mm Compatibility: Due to the clamp design of the STACYC 19mm throttle, it does not fit with the brake lever.
Fork stem spacer: When installing the suspension forks into a 22.2mm stem, a 10mm fork stem spacer may be required (applies to KTM/GASGAS/HUSQ and Stacyc riser bar kits). Available here: Fork tube spacer
