The brake works well. It was a little challenging routing the cable and bleeding the system. Had to wash and sand the brake pads because I got fluid on them. Works great now though.
My son was starting to ride really fast on his Stacyc, but he couldn’t use the stock brake effectively, so he’d try to stop with his feet. With this disc brake kit, he now stops confidently and enjoys riding a lot more. The kit is very good quality and was very easy to install.
