This complete BH59-style repair and install kit gives you the hose, fittings, cutting tool, and insert tool needed to repair a damaged line or set up a replacement. Everything comes together in one kit, so you’re not tracking down the individual pieces halfway through the job.

Fitment

This kit is intended for H&S Motorsports hydraulic brakes using BH59-style mineral-oil hose measuring approximately 2mm inside diameter × 5mm outside diameter.

It may also be compatible with other hydraulic brake systems that use the same hose and fitting style. Notes

• Brake fluid and brake-bleeding equipment are not included.
• Opening or replacing a hydraulic brake line will normally require bleeding the brake afterward.
• Intended for compatible mineral-oil brake systems.
• Do not use with DOT-fluid systems or BH90 hose unless compatibility has been independently confirmed.
• Hydraulic brakes are a safety-critical component. If you’re not comfortable cutting, installing, and bleeding a hydraulic brake line, have a qualified bicycle mechanic complete the repair.
