Our DIY Hub Drive Conversion Kit transforms your 12eDrive or 16eDrive into a powerful, smooth rear-wheel drive machine with improved torque, speed, and reliability.

⚙️ Motor Options (12eDrive Only):

The 12" version includes your choice of motor roughly 3mph difference :

• 🔸 High Torque / Lower Top Speed

• 🔸 Lower Torque / Higher Top Speed
  Perfect for dialing in the ride based on your rider’s skill and preference.

Let us know your preference when ordering, or we’ll include the high torque version by default.

⚡ Voltage & Battery Mounting Info:

• These controllers do not have a high voltage cutoff, and can run up to a 48V battery (not included). You will have to monitor your own battery voltage if swapping. This controller will not shut off the voltage for higher voltage batteries and will damage batteries below their own threshold. 

• Battery can be mounted in the original frame where the motor/gearbox sits or externally.
